Shipping policy

We are delivering as usual in the UK

Our warehousing and logistics partners are taking the recommended safety measures when packing and delivering orders during this time. This may mean that there are some delays in delivery, including for orders placed with next-day shipping. Please reach out to us at info@isomist.store with any questions.

 

Delivery Policy

We offer free UK shipping on all orders:

• Standard Royal Mail 2-5 business days, ground shipping, by Royal Mail (for free).
• Priority DPD 1 business day if ordered by 1pm, ground shipping, by DPD (for £4.99, or free for orders over £50).

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday with Priority DPD Saturday Delivery will arrive on Saturday.

International Shipping & Brexit

The UK has now left the EU. Whilst our shipping and logistics partners are working out processes moving forward, we are no longer shipping internationally. This does not affect your return policy.
